NakedEye Digital Vision LTD is almost 10 years old and is run by Dave Evans.

Dave has worked with Digital Video and Media for about 15 years at both a creative and a technical level. Building his first system to edit skydiving videos and other promotional type shorts.

NakedEye Digital Vision LTD provides services in two distinct but complimentary areas of digital video & media production.

Creative – Video & Media Production

We provide a full range of digital video & media production services at all levels to suit your budget, pre production, filming, post production and final delivery.

Audio Visual content is a very powerful medium and when used appropriately it has the ability to draw you in and take you on a journey that is not only compelling to watch but entertains and informs the viewer leaving a lasting impression.

Here at NakedEye we love the whole process of digital video & media production from concept to delivery. Whether its a documentary, a wedding, a compositing job, a local event or editing your family memories we just love being part of it. We are constantly honing and improving our skills and on weekends or days off you will often find us out filming just for fun or trying out new techniques and equipment its a passion.

Technical – Service, Support and Sales

NakedEye Digital Vision LTD also provides range of products and services to the industry both locally and nationally. We are official resellers of Grass Valley editing products and have a range of professional products and media to support video professionals in New Zealand. This also includes a range of workstations specifically configured for Grass Valley editing systems based on their award winning Edius digital editing platform. We provide a full range of support packages, on site delivery and set up with 2 hours hands on training.

We only sell the best so whilst you might occasionally pay a little more for these top brands you will always have a real person at the end of the phone when you need one. Everything we sell we use in house in our own production environment so we know it works and how to get the best results.

Equipment Hire

We have a range of equipment for hire including SONY NXCAM video camera, spare battery’s and SDHC cards a Miller 2 stage tripod with above ground spreader and DS10 head (75mm Bowl), Audio Q shotgun mic with cables and mounting kit, Rycote modular wind shield kit and 3m boom pole.
