NakedEye DV uses NZ Couriers & Courier Post - Standard Overnight Rates for N/Island, S/Island.
Inter Island Overnight & Saturday Delivery incur the Courier Company's charge for those service's.
Some items will be shipped direct to you from our suppliers & will be subject to their respective shipping practices.
We will always endeavour to get your purchase to you overnight or ASAP.
Returns
We will issue you with an RMA # & details on what steps you need to take to return the goods.
If the goods are found not to be faulty then you may be charged for the inspection & the courier fee.
In some cases a re-stocking fee may also apply.
